Fall Bookish Bingo (Update two)

Happy (Canadian) Thanksgiving weekend! I went apple picking today, we’re having a nice family dinner tonight, and the leaves are all changing so I’m feeling very autumnal-y!

So I thought that this would be a great time to update my Fall Bookish Bingo; I’ve got two stamps to add today!

I finished Crooked Kingdom last Saturday (click here for my review!), which I felt fulfilled the ‘Revenge’ square, and I finished This Savage Song earlier this week, and I’m counting it as ‘Friendship,’ even though I guess it could’ve been a few other things (I debated between friendship and killers quite a bit), but in the end I felt that the friendship between Kate and August was one of the defining points of the book.

And there you have it! Are any of you celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend? Know any good Fall Releases or Suspense-themed books that I should be reading so I can get closer to a bingo? Happy Saturday!

I'm Emma Kath. Welcome to my blog! This is where I post my original book reviews, litstyle (lifestyle for the lit-nerd), and other bookish things. A little about me: I'm Canadian, and currently a student majoring in English lit and cultural studies. I'm an introvert (INFJ, if you believe in that sort of thing), sarcastic to the bone, I love art and history, and hope to one day travel around a bit. Until then, I'll be reading, writing, and trying to spread a little kindness around the internet. If you have any questions or inquiries, feel free to contact me!

  1. In the US, we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving until the end of November. But apple picking sounds like so much fun! And Halloween is coming up on the 31st of October so I’m definitely looking forward to that! Great job on your bingo board!
